Is there a program I can use to type equations ?

Where can I type physics and mathematical equations ?  For example, straight line motions equations.

I need to send equations when I ask questions on this site ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I downloaded it.  I started to enter a formula.  It looks like it will work for me.  I hoped this site accepts the files from this program.
You could always attach a file (image file, for example).  :-)
Another possibility is Mathcad Express (the free version of Mathcad Prime).

It also lets you calculate, solve, and plot basic math equations.

Here too, you would probably need to attach a screen shot of the final equation.
