Citrix connection speed is slow
My speed from my home to work has slowed down. My phone company Verizon, just sent a new router and that didn't help.
I want to check to make sure all the settings in Citrix are optimized, but don't know where to check. What settings should I check and where are they located?

Well, why don't you check your normal web browsing experience. If it's bad too then the issue as you suspected is from your service provider.

See attached. Is this good or bad?

Well, this depends on what speed package have you subscribed for with your service provider.

in your opinion, are these decent for a home connection?
Decent to an extent - but do not cater for today's fast moving needs!!
I mean, if you feel that not only your Citrix session to your work is getting slow, then definitely there is something wrong with your Internet service.
If you also have subscribed for an internet connection speed greater than 8 Mbps, but you are only receiving speeds of 1 Mbps (as can be deduced from the test you got from TestMySpeed), then definitely there is something wrong with your Internet service.
You need then to go back to your service provider, Verizon, to resolve this issue. You can also re-inforce this conclusion by verifying your connection to Citrix at another internet connection.
However, if this is not the case, then you might want to look at the HDX policies - specially those related to HDX Broadcast and HDX WAN Optimization

Where exactly do I find the policies?

This was helpful but didn't solve my speed problem. I'll contact my ISP.
