Microsoft Access Query help

I'm try to create a query to give me the animals that were impounded and their "availability date" is 14 days after the impound date.  The query below fails when I add the "part in bold"

SELECT Count(SoftSlips.SoftSlip) AS CountOfSoftSlip
FROM SoftSlips
WHERE (((SoftSlips.ImpoundDate) Between [forms]![frmSwitchboard]![txtStartDate] And [forms]![frmSwitchboard]![txtEndDate]) AND ((SoftSlips.ImpoundCode) In ("ocs","ocst","acos","acost")) AND ((SoftSlips.Availability)>("ImpoundDate"+14)) AND ((SoftSlips.Action)="rto"));

Point are high because I need this tonight.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

ImpoundDate should be in brackets instead.
