Prevent Users From Deleting or Adding Folders but Files

we need to put restrictions on the DATA folder so that staff cannot create or delete folders. They should be able to create files and save everything, but should not be able to create or delete any folders as we have a set template.

Go to folder security and choose advanced to set appropriate permissions for your users:
