PST Capture: Error opening Mailbox

Thanks for anyone help in advance:

I have been trying in vane for the last week to get this tool working (PST Capture 2.0).  I have looked at all the blogs and technets I could find on this issue.  The tool is configured according to all the specifications I have tried both My account which is domain admin with all the trimmings.  I tried creating the service account per the specs.  Neither account will import into a mailbox.  I am trying to get pst's imported into a On-Prem Exchange 2013.  I am at a loss.  I have included all 3 of the error messages that occur each time:

i haven't used that tool before but with exchange 2013 i use the built-in management shell functionality for importing a pst file into a mailbox and works perfectly

I think the problem here is more deep rooted.  I tried Seth2740 function and received a set of errors.  Went and looked at the event logs and uncovered a whole bunch of errors dealing with the Mailboxdb.  The following is a sample:  

The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service was unable to process jobs in a mailbox database.
Database: MailboxDB03
Error: Couldn't find system mailbox '4833579d-c234-4bc5-afa1-9e1aa40ef162' in Active Directory.

I have five Mailbox db's and they are all stating the same event.  I have researched this but am unable to find solution.  I re-prepped ad  setup.exe /preparead rebooted exchange and It did not put these mailbox db in AD that I can tell.  What am I doing wrong here.

Thanks for everyone's comments.  I ended up starting over.  I removed any traces of exchange from AD and Prepped again.  I removed exchange system and re-installed.  Everything is working properly now.  As for the original issue of PST Capture I still could not get that working properly so I moved on to a more Admin intensive solution but, it is working.  I have most of the users already setup with their new Premise Exchange account and they are migrating their own folder structures.  With 100 employees it became the simple way to migrate.  I will do a cutover soon and that will be it for the old mail service.
