Ms Access Query Help

It works 1/2 way, need to see if i can see where the remaining problem is i have attached a Sample Database

the problem is in Query: qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver
I made a table called: what qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver should look like
that table is how qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver should look like
the Query called qryFuelDataByVehicle works as needed.Previous asked question:

just seen a type error in sample database in the table called: what qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver should look like the MPG that shows 80.30 should be 8.30

So..  Does this mean this is resolved?
No look at query "qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver" and compare the data to table "what qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver should look like" the data in the query "qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver"  needs to be the same as table "what qryFuelDataByVehicleByDriver should look like"
