Copy default admin roles for Exchange 2010

I know I could google this one, but I've got a time sensitive need and you guys are the best.  I need a quick way to give another domain admin the exact same level of access as the domain admin in exchange 2010.  Essentially I just need to apply the same roles.

I've never had a huge need for playing with Roles, so I remain woefully ignorant in their management.

Can anyone give me a quick PS one liner or the steps required to do this via ECP?

THanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

d'oh.  nevermind.  I got it.  Looks like all it takes is org management membership.

Someday I'm going to have to read up on RBAC...
