I have viewed videos on &quot;Scrum&quot; tools and they seem very useful for managing software projects.<br />

Question 1: Are scrum tools useful and generally worth while (esp. compared to Excel)<br />

Question 2: Please recommend a good scrum tool. &nbsp;I want it as simple and easy to learn as possible. <br />

&nbsp;(However, I have experimented with Scrumwise .... it is very simple but seems to lack functionality such as reports. &nbsp;Also, I want to group tasks together and have sub tasks).<br />
