Exchange Journal email in anattachment

We are using exchange 2013. We journal all email to another database

The issue is when i open this mailbox and open one of the emails , it first opens up a sub-message, that message shows "From: Microsoft Outlook on Behalf of whoever@abc.com" and it also shows the recipient and subject.  I then open the attachment, which is the actual email in which all appears correctly.

When we were on Exchange 2003 the message showed up like any other email without the "On behalf of", and the email opened normally rather than having to go through two levels.  I know this is by design and if I am not wrong, there is no other way to change it.

Is there any third party software or 3rd party tool that we can make it like the exchange 2003 way (just to show email on level one, not in a form of attachment)? My boss is reading hundreds of emails a day and he don't want to have give hundreds of extra clicks.

Please help

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I am not aware of anything. You could use a third party tool like GFI Mail Archiver to import the email in to another database.
It is done like that in order to capture all of the header information.
