I have a user in an Exchange 2010 SP3 environment, accessing his mailbox using outlook 2010 client. Up until last week the user had no issues, the problem is that the user is only seeing emails for the past 7 days. I checked and verified no view filters are applied. The user is also only seeing the same items via OWA.
I want to know if it is possible to check a "mailbox log" file to determine if the user did not delete the items they claim are missing?
