"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can we see the image / some idea of what you are trying to do.

It might not be necessary to slice the image at all - you can upload the full image and use CSS to position the relevant bits as background images to give the layout you required.

That image is not cut up - it has an image map that is used to create hot spots

Is there a reason you can't work out the image map in a simple graphics editing tool?

The pieces are all rectangles so the determination of co-ordinates should not take more that a few minutes with any simple graphics program.  Even paint will give you all that you need.

I would then advise your client that there are a great number of graphic tools out there that can do what you want much better than any online solution - and at much less cost.

If that does not work then you could look at something like the JQuery image area select plugin (http://odyniec.net/projects/imgareaselect/)

You would need to build an interface around this that allows your client to

a) Visualize previously drawn regions
b) Capture new regions with the URL
c) Remove regions no longer needed

You could also look at this one

If you find that you must hire someone, you can post a request on the EE Job Board

Don't post a request for paid work in a question because that is against the site rules and it would get deleted.
