Suddently Slow Network

We have a small school/church network running sbs2013.  it has been functioning well but it suddenly went in bogged down mode over the weekend and we can't determine the issue.  We have rebooted everything.  The server does not appear to be filling up.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Both internet access and file sharing.  No error arises unless a piece of software that is running off of the server is used.  We were trying to have the kids test in the lab (using files on the server) and some of them worked but others bogged down before ultimately timing out.  It is beginning to look like this issue is confined to the computer lab but I am wondering if anything comes to mind that would cause this.  It was fine at the end of the day on Friday but I was in Saturday and noticed a slowdown.

Can network switches "go bad" slowly-intermittantly?  Also, I just bypassed the wireless on all the machines and it is still happening.  Is there any way to tell if the switch is going?
What is CWServer 14?  I found that on the list of drives but it was disabled and when I googled it I noticed it appeared to be some sort of gaming server.  Anyone heard of it?  I am wondering if this might be a clue as to what is happening?
