I have created a macro that will delete the blank column and the blank row on top.  Then it will fill the blank cells that are now in column A.  Once it has done that I need for it to delete the blank rows based on what is now column I.  Before I added the code to fill in the blank cells the macro was working fine.  Now it will not delete the blank rows and I don't know why.

Attached is a sample of the file with the macro.

Thank you in advanced for any help!
