visio 2010 - How to increase the size of vertical swimlane lines (cross functional Flowchart)

I would like to increase the vertical  height of the row as shown in the graphic (Roles).  Currently I cannot even get the double-arrowed pointer to raise or lower any of the lines.

Hi BT,

I'm not sure what that is. I think it is the sort-of sub-heading bar under the Title of a cross-functional (swimlane) diagram.

If that's the case, then, A. Well it's not a swimlane, if that's what you thought :) and, B. You can make it taller like this:

1. Click on the left part of the shape, just to the left of the R in "Roles"
2. Click again. You should now see eight selection handles around a box.
3. Grab the bottom-middle handle and pull down.

The whole row should get taller. You can now have multi-line phase names.

Here is the actual file. The selection handles do not allow me to increase the height.
Why are they gray?

What causes the handles to be gray and not adjustable?
They are locked by the developer. There are probably other shapes that depend on that shape not getting wider or changing position. But increasing it's height is OK.
Okay thanks.  That resolves my issue.   I have other questions about the gray handles but I don't want to glom more than my 500 points worth on this thread.  I got scolded by an EE admin for asking too many questions in one thread.
