I added a sensor to monitor Windows updates to our PRTG system and it added but shows up as paused. it won;t let me set it as active. Right clicking on it and hitting resume does nothing. I sent in a ticket to PRTG support but never heard back. I'm sure its something simple but don't know where to even look. has anyone else seen this problem?
