Exchange 2013 into Exchange 2007 Infrastructure

We have an Exchange 2007 infrastructure and plan to introduce an Exchange 2013 server so that this can be used as a hybrid server for an Office 365 solution.

Can anybody point to any decent documents which highlights the steps to introduce Exchange 2013. We don't want to upgrade the 2007 server itself, we only want the Exchange 2013 hybrid server sitting alongside the current 2007 server.

The 2013 server needs to have the CAS and MBX roles installed, but I understand that we don't actually need to migrate anything, anywhere.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
