Exchange 2010 Command to check status of User FWD Rule set Through Outlook

We have users that will set a FWD rule through their Outlook client.  When they leave they ll still have their email being fwd until I notice it and turn it off Via Outlook logged in as the user,  Their email is active for 90 days after they leave by company policy. Is there an Exchange Shell command I can use to search User email accounts and see if such rules are active and then disable them?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I just tested a very simple get-mailbox {username} | get-inboxrule and it did return all of my outlook rules configured.
