Open the Sites and Services snap in, right click on each site name and select Properties.  In the General Page it will tell you which subnet is in each site

Select each subnet, right click and select properties and it will show you which site each is in

Find Subnet with associated site.
dsquery subnet -name <CIDR> | dsget subnet
