finding 802.11 wireless clients

I need a tool for locating wireless clients on a wireless network.  I am looking for something more precise than cisco WCS/prime client tool which is good to within approx. 30 feet.

Have you tried Wireless Network Watcher (Wireless Network Watcher is a small utility that scans your wireless network and displays the list of all computers and devices that are currently connected to your network.)?

this utility list the wireless clients but I need a location function as well
For that you would need a directional antenna.
Is the wireless 2.4GHz only, or do you have 5GHz, also?

Then you would also need a dual-band USB wireless adapter that accepts an external antenna.

Finding a small dual-band directional antenna (preferably that will clip on the top of a laptop's opened screen ) is another matter...  I'm searching.

Tuning the location solution is what you need.  Do you have an MSE?
