Exchange 2003

Our admin quit, trying to use exchange tasks to delete a mailbox

Getting the error:
the Exchange Task Wizard was unable to create the log file in \\xx-xxxxx\folder redirects\administrator\my documents\exchange task wizard logs

I am logged in as a domain admin other than administrator

Can I change this path ?

Hi jac1991,

Chances are the Domain Admin account that you are using doesn't have all of the Exchange Administrator permissions groups applied to it. The root Administrator account will have these. If you can't log on as that Administrator, look in Active Directory Users and Computers and match the groups that both accounts are a member of. You will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.

Hope this helps,
