linux dns server

Dear Experts:

I am running local cache name server for internal resolving. Our website is hosted in the internet from recent few days we are not able to access the our website but the website is found to be accessible from the other network i,e but of our internal network all other places we are able to access the website.

able to ping to the website , ns lookup is happening , I am not able to figure the problem, experts please do help me to resolve this , what all the commands to test and identify the problem and fix the same. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply, yes running cache server pointed local host in the /etc/resolv.conf and added forwarders entries.

executed the below commands
host has address mail is handled by 10

when access the website Iam getting the redhat test page but from other than my network  website is successfully loading, please suggest.
