PROFTPd question

anyone know how to keep a ftp user from reading the contents of their home directory while still allowing them to log in and upload items?

You can use <Limit>..</Limit>

<Directory /home/user/ftp>
<Limit READ>
DenyAll
</Limit>
<Limit STOR >
AllowAll
</Limit>
<Limit LOGIN>
    AllowUser bob
    AllowUser smith
    AllowGroup ftpuser
    DenyAll
 </Limit>
</Directory>
