I would do this in the Anti-Spam options in Exchange 2010.

Organization Configuration> Hub Transport> Anti-Spam tab.

Under the sender filtering>block senders, add the domain name.  There is an option to tick all sub domains as well.

Another option would be to put your emails through a cloud based email filter.  They are coming down in price now so its worth considering.

You can create a transport rule for this. In EMC, expand Organization Configuration - Hub transport. Go to the Transport Rules tab. Click New Transport Rule. Give the rule a name and click Next. Select the checkbox "From People". Click "People" and select External address from the Add dropdown. Type the address and click OK. Click Next. Select what action you want taken, such as "Delete the message without notifying anyone". Click Next. Click Next again. Click New.
