Google Chrome

I have a user that, when they open up a window in Chrome, it displays to the left on a bout half of the screen. They can't expand the pane to close or move it. WHen I run a task manager, it doesn't come up as a running program, so I can't even close it from there. Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Could be a zoom function?  Go to chrome settings.  Just copy and paste this to the chrome browser:  chrome://settings/

Make sure you click on advanced, then zoom.   Is it at 100%?

If that is not the issue, can you upload a screen shot of the entire window/desktop?

Check this website out.

It lists all the keyboards commands that can be used if you can't see the context menu for some reason.

I attached a jpeg of the issue. ALT+F4 does nothing, there is no address bar to type chrome://settings/. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and it still has the same issue.
