Don't change the Source filename. Source needs to be running-config all you have to do there is hit or send an enter/return.

TFTP or FTP both fails

FTP need username and password but the command never prompts for that because it needs to be set in the config.

But in my first posting the config would not take my tfp commands for the username and password

The TFP seems not to need the username and password

But I do not know how to setup a TFTP server on Windows 2008 Server.
Using FileZila Server

Thanks

Filezilla server I don't believe has a tftp server function. You can use tftpd32 though.
