Exchange 2010 Activesync doesnt work for a single account

Ive got a new user whom I'm trying to set up their Iphone (ios7) with Exchange access. It just doesn't seem to work for their account. Testing with a different account on their phone, it works fine. Trying their account on my phone fails too.

It seems to authenticate OK but doesn't manage to send or receive any emails. No other accounts have this problem

Which logs should I be looking at to see why this is failing?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please have a read of my article and check to see if the inherited permissions are selected and/or the user is not a member of a group that will prevent Activesync from working properly for them:
