File browsing dialog has been blocked

So all of a sudden all of my users are getting a message that says "File browsing dialog has been blocked", when clicking on an upload button in a webbrowser control.

Like this:

I suspect this is more of an IE thing than VB, but I'm desperate.

I ended up uninstalling Silverlight and Flash and that worked.  I have seen your solution in other parts of the Internet and assume it will work.  I just didn't know how to get there, and your F12 really helped.
hrolsons--Glad all is well.
I can't seem to get this to work on Windows 8 - IE11
hrolsons--I do not understand what the problem is now.  Something new or the original "File browsing dialog has been blocked"?
Please provide more detail.  For example what is "a webbrowser control".  I do not believe the original MS Webbrowser Control works with IE9 and up.

In any event I think you should open a new thread.  Not too many people are going to be reading this when they see that you closed it.
Sorry, wasn't sure how to deal with it.  Same problem, different computer and OS.  I'll open a new thread like you suggested.
