Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 block attachments

I have just installed SBS 2011 and now most attachments coming form customers (Orders) are bouncing or not showing.
How can I get them to get through ?
We are using Office 2010 and this was not an issue with SBS 2003

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

You need to check receive connector setup.

Can't remember the details off hand.

It may be worth it to rerun the internet connector wizard.

It would be nice to have a bounced email report. (Could be one from your customer, or if you don't want to bother them, use Wireshark to capture your mail traffic).

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

I assume the SBS2011 is a straight replacement for the SBS2003.

Are you having email delivered direct to the server?

Straight migration from SBS 2003
Email is coming directly to the server via MxLogic and senders are on the "white lsit"
Users just told me they are expecting Excel files up to 25MB in size as attachments

There is your problem.
SBS by default only accepts 10mb attachments. You will need to increase the limit to 30720kb and then restart transport. That allows for overhead in encoding.

Simon.
