Just wondering if anyone has encounter an issue with the Linksys IP Phone SPA941 were it defaults to the speaker for outgoing and incoming calls. I have updated the firmware to 5.1.8 to see if this would fix the issue but no luck. All calls go through the Handset and Speaker at the same time causing a lot of issues for the user. Preferred Audio Device is set to Handset (have changed this via Phone interface and Web Management interface). The SIP carrier is BlueFace (here in Ireland). The handset goes directly to blueface (no PBX or Astrix box).
Just wondering if anyone has come across this and know if there is a fix.
