Are you asking how to set up two VMs and cluster them up so you can test something? You'll need to use iSCSI, as I couldn't find a way to get shared storage to work - that was my biggest hurdle. Other than that, it's a pretty simple process - you can follow this walk-through (it's for SQL Server, but the cluster configuration is all the same up to that point, including iSCSI):
