Cisco 'Bad Service Code' problem

Hello experts,

Haven't submitted a question for a while :-)

Anyway,  can someone please tell me how to resolve the problem of 'Bad Service Code' when trying tftp a file to flash, see below

copy tftp flash
Address or name of remote host []?
10.44.97.254
Source filename []?
top.tcl
Destination filename [top.tcl]?

Accessing tftp://10.44.97.254/top.tcl...
Loading top.tcl from 10.44.97.254 (via Tunnel0): !
%Error writing flash:/top.tcl (Bad service code)

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Maybe the flash is corrupted? Maybe try a different flash card, or try formatting the existing one.
