malware message

All of a sudden a few computers (right now they are the xp pro pc's) are getting the message in the screenshot.  Any ideas?  Have you seen this one before?   We are using McCafee web filter in the cloud

download malwarebytes and do a full scan.

Use malwarebyte's chameleon product just to be sure.  Also note that this is a IE window hence not likely to be true.  Kill the process.  You do have clients on each computer that do not only run off a web portal right?
