Exchange 2003

Server ran out of space on C: partition. now have enough gigs free on C:. emails go out, and come in, but about 25 min delay on incoming emails. Why are incoming being delayed. No bounce back messages from senders. Just takes a while for our users to get the email.

are you using exchange 2003 STD or Enterprise?

And you said you have mail delay, what does message tracking say?
DO you see messages stuck in MADL or Pending submission for incoming emails? do you see large email queue ups on the queue folder?
