Lotus Domino -- display BARCODE ?

I already have barcodes easily working in my C# APP, but don’t know Lotus to easily do in the below code.

How can I change the below code to display a BARCODE ?
** Example = WO#3535 Activity#55 displays as 3535(space)55 when you scan the barcode into NOTEPAD
"<span class=\"Label\">" + "&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;S Project:&nbsp;"+SProject+"&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;S Sub Project:&nbsp;"+SSubproject+"&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;S Activity No:&nbsp;"+SActivity + "&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;S Work Order:&nbsp;"+SWorkOrder+" </span>"

The samples you linked to are all about Notes client solutions where you can easily set the displayed font to a bar code font, for example 'IDA Code 39 HR Short'.

Your example shows web code (HTML). For reliable display of barcodes on the web a number of questions need answering.
Do you need to support very old browsers, or a known modern subset?
Do the target browsers run JavaScript?
Because you can render the barcode in a WOFF font (modern browsers), or use a JavaScript library to render a barcode (browsers will run JavaScript), or use a Java servlet to generate images on the fly (most compatible, try  barcode4j) or barbecue.
Or render PDF documents with barcode.

Note that the Java options are free.

So, choices to be made!

Attached is what I currently use on my C# APP running MS Reporting Services.

How can I change the below formula to work in my old Lotus webapp ?

="http://www.barcodesinc.com/generator/image.php?code=" & Fields!BARCODE_ID.Value & "&style=164&type=C39&width=200&height=50&xres=1&font=3"

You have to update the web form used, with an image that's fetched using a generated url, like the one above.

Can you show us where you want the barcode image to be, in the Notes form?

Sorry, you can't go through an Image Resource, that's for fixed images and not external ones.

If you send me an empty database (open ACL) with the design elements, I'll try to fix it here. See my EE-profile for my mail address.

The simplest way (for me) is to insert Passthru HTML, with an <img> tag, and computed text where you want the value to be inserted.

It should be something like this:

<img src="http://www.barcodesinc.com/generator/image.php?code=<Computed Text>&style=164&type=C39&width=200&height=50&xres=1&font=3>

Select the text, then go to Text/Pass-thru HTML in the menu.
The computed text should be exactly that: computed text, created via Create/Computed Text.
The formula inside it is up to you, the name of the field with the code should do it.
cool!  Thanks for the link to the free barcode generator.  I'm sure that will be useful!
