Screen capture of a web page

I have a web application in ASP.NET.
My page contains amount and other customer details on the page.
I am using a third party control to caputre signature of the customer and then capture the whole page as an image (including customer details).

For some instances of the page, customer need not to sign and hence I hide the control that captures the signature.  On the web page the signature controls becomes invisible but when I capture the image of that page, the image still shows that control.

How to fix this.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Very hard to know without seeing your code.  Are you using the @print CSS media query to hide the element when the user prints?

It's likely you can't.  The control is present in the page, but the browser is hiding it from the visitor.  Your next best bet may be to resize the control to something unnoticeable (like 0px by 0px).

I decided to create 2 identical pages, one with and the other without the the control.
