Replacing old 2003 servers with Blade and SAN

I am looking to replace 2 domain controllers.. 2 x windows 2003 R2 Standard 64bit.  Both are running AD for the domain.. One is running DHCP and is a DNS server.. There is no secondary DNS on the network.  I am looking to be fault tolerant for DNS, AD and DHCP..  The 2 x windows 2003 servers are also File and Print sharing servers...  Any thoughts on what I should do to upgrade these 2 servers... I am thinking about 2 x Blade Servers, and a 2 TB SAN.  Thoughts? Suggestions?

If it is just this one small network, you may get more bang for your buck with Citrix XenServer (assuming you are going free.)  Or, Hyper-V.  VMWare is becoming less compelling dollar for dollar.

Also, blades cost more than their rack counterparts when you have to buy a chassis.  Which then, in a fault tolerant scenario, are you buying two chassis?

Perhaps Hyper-V on two rack servers with two 2012 standard licenses is more what you want?
That gives you the two Hyper-V hosts, 4 VMs (so you can do plain vanilla DCs with DNS) and two file servers with DFS?

Microsoft 2012 (Hyper-V) or VMware vSphere will give you the best SMB solution.

Blades are expensive, are not necessary, two 1U servers would suffice.
