Exchange 2013 Transport Rule - Filter Attachments

Hello Experts,

Question is simple (or so I thought). I would like to create a transport rule to filter a specific attachment - *.rar. We have a spam control mailbox created and working as expected. However - I am not able to filter attachments. The message seems to pass through and not care.

Thoughts? Am I missing something?

The rule that has been created is:

Attachment ScreeningIf the message...includes any of these words in an attachment: '.rar'

Do the following...Redirect the message to 'spamcontrol@DOMAIN.com'

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That is the same rule that I already have in place - it is not screening anything. See attached.

Reviewing dead questions - I fixed this a while back using:

"Any attachment's file extension matches..." and then specifying the types of files I wanted to force an approval on like 'cab' or 'vbs' or 'exe' or 'rar' or 'zip'.

No answer was able to be found from an Expert. Had to work through on my own.
