DOS -- batch "copy" ?

I put the below into a .BAT script, but get a "system cannot find the file" error.

I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup\DailyBackups.bak and it works.

How can I fix the below ?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

copy C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup\DailyBackups.bak Y:\DailyBackups.bak

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Paths containing spaces ("Program Files (x86)") need to be enclose d in double quotes:
copy "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup\DailyBackups.bak" "Y:\DailyBackups.bak"
