Access 2007 list box: conditional format

I have a form with a list box control and want to highlight list rows based on the data in a column, does anyone know how to do this?

Access listboxes do not have that type of flexibility in formatting... it is just plain black text.

A workaround might be to use a subform in datasheet or continuous form view instead.
