Extracting audio from Cisco UC540 or moving a greeting...

I am in a situation where I need to move a recorded greeting on a UC540. I am not certain how to do this in software and I think I need to do it by downloading the current audio and then uploading it through the web GUI to the correct extension.

I've been able to search the flash on the IOS side and found two .wav files that turned out to be the on hold music. Can't find any other files.

Who is Participating?

The greating is likely within the CUE versus on the flash accessible.

The data is on the other flash.

Are you using the CCA interface?

Have you looked at using the to access the CUE management ???

Discusses the how to get into the cue interface.

Yes, I did access the CUE via the CLI thinking that I would find it in that portion of memory. It is a bit different on that side and there is no "flash" option as is on the IOS side. I guess the first question is, where does the UC540 store the mailbox greeting in the system?
The second flush is dedicated for the CUE voice storage.  I have not looked at it.  You can backup the CUE and then look at the resuling backup.
