Deploying MS Update to a Specific computer using WSUS

In WSUS console, under All computers , I have a group called Windows Servers. If I click on it I see windows servers there. When I open up its status report, I see a status summary on the first page then click the arrow to go to second page, then I see all the updates not installed, if I click Install, it will open up Approve Updates Window, that shows computer groups, instead of individual computers.
In my case, I want to deploy specific updates to specific computer most of the time.

how can this be done?

Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Create more groups and associate the computers to them. You can manage group approvals only.

You just need to approve the patch in question from WSUS console the rest will be taken care if the patch is applicable for clients/servers it will be installed on client computer assuming the GPO or manual pointing is configured on client computer to point to WSUS server.

I have all servers in one OU, but I want to push some MS Updates to some server and some other MS Updates to some other servers.
I do not want to create many OUs and many GPOs

WSUS groups are independent from AD's OU and/or GPO.
Create a new group using the WSUS console, move one or more servers to that new group, approve some updates to that group.

in WSUS, there is a group Called All Computers that gets created by WSUS by default.
how does it  get populated ? automatically ?
