Clicik the VMware Workstation VM, and select and connect the USB Device to the VM.

Once this has been done once, VMware Workstation should remember this device, and connect to the VM, on insertion next time.

You have added a USB Controller device in the VM?

It does not look as if, VMware Workstation is recognising any USB devices?

when you connect a USB device to your PC, does it install a VMware USB driver?

I've seen this issue, restart the PC, otherwise, try uninstalling and re-unstaling the software.

the VMware USB drivers seem to have broken.
