How to implement free WIFI in a cafe

Hi, I'd to implement free WIFI for a cafe's customers. The cafe has internet connection already and a router, but how to implement a login page for customer to accept the Terms and Conditions  and input the password before they can access internet?

This thing is called 'captive portal'. Have a look at - this is a firewall featuring captive portal (free).

Also, Sputnik is a well known (commercial) implementation, they have some readymade devices for sale;

DD-WRT, witch runs on many off the shelf routers can do this.

Both you have options for a ticket system and various other ways to limit access. Also make sure to implement some kind of QoS and limit traffic per user.
