Trying to Free Up Space in Outlook 2010

Hello:

I'm starting to run out of space in my Outlook 2010 64-bit Inbox.  I have a ton of folders.  So, looking for and deleting large attachments would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.  But, I need to do so.

Is there a way to perform a search in Outlook for large attachments?  I would need to look in multiple folders at once at the same time--not individually.

So, I need to look for large attachments.  My guess is that I must have accidentally filed an e-mail from my Sent Items folder into another folder, without knowing that that e-mail had a large attachment.

I only have 501MB left and will soon not be able to send or receive e-mail.

Thanks!  Much appreciated!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Look for Search Folders on the left navigation pane.
Right-click > New search folder.
Find Large Mail, and set a size.
Click OK.
