Remove spacing under Wordpress header, Create 2 columns Automatically

Please take a look at the following URL...

If you click on the state of Indiana, the information that pops up on the right is not formatting the way I would like. I have contacted the folks that designed the plugin, and they're saying that basic html formatting will take care of my text issues.

What I would like is for there to be no space after where it says "Facility Name"

I am using css and have removed all padding from the formatting; however, I cannot get the spacing underneath the heading to go away.

Ideally, I would like the facilities to automatically go into two columns, but I am afraid this would create difficulties in the client trying to make their own updates. Is there an easy way to achieve this so someone with no Wordpress experience could handle entering the data?
