emails from internal users removed

I am having emails from internal users (not every email) being delivered, but removed from my inbox.  If I happen to be at my workstation, I see them show up then very quickly disappear.  They are not being moved to any other folder....  They are just gone!

I checked the transport in Exchange server and it shows the mail as delivered w/out error.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

Close Outlook and work with OWA\Webmail for sometime and monitor the situation

Is there some rule and hope no other user has rights to the mailbox and not configured Outlook on some other machine with some rule
Also ensure no forwarding on the Mailbox without the checkbox for drop email in mailbox and then forward
