First Page is blank for first group
Hello,
I have a crystal report which has 2 groups(Facility(top) and Nursing Station(bottom))
I have the following condition on the 'New Page Before' formula box :
NOT OnFirstRecord
and the keep together is checked on both the groups.
The problem is the Facility group is putting a new page on the first page of each facility which is blank.
Iam using Crystal XI

DO you get a NEW page before the first group (blank page 1)

After a little more thought, I suspect the issue is the KEEP TOGETHER on the Facility group.
The report does the new page and prints the page header then checks will the group fit on what is left on this page and determines it won't so it does another new page then prints the group.
I suspect it doesn't realize it is on a blank (new) page already.
Turn the KEEP TOGETHER off the for the Facility group.
The NEW PAGE BEFORE has already put it at the top of a page and it will either fit on the page or it won't but it won't do another NEW PAGE

the report allows multiple facility to be selected. So the first facility doesnt have a blank page.
The second and so on following facility has blank page first.
Both the section expert and the change group has keep together checked.

Uncheck the KEEP TOGETHER on the first group.

Just to make sure ...
OnFirstRecord is only true for the very first record in the report, so it will only be true in the very first group headers in the report. I think you may be thinking that it's referring to the first record in the group, but it's not. It's the first record in the entire report.
If you already knew that, then nevermind. :-) I just got the impression that you might be thinking that it was for groups.

did not help me to remove the blank page

I made a few changes. Without data it is difficult to know what will happen.
If that doesn't help could you save the report with data
Since this report has sensitive data, modify the report to show only the RecordNumber in the detail section. or you could even leave the detail section blank. You can even take the counts out of the summary lines

I have saved the data.As you can see there is a blank page for Astoria park and then it shows the data

If it is the nursing station I would change it to NEW PAGE AFTER on the group footer
