DPM 2012 Temp Files on Exchange 2010

I have many old files (.errlog) taking up space in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\Temp... on my  exchange server.  Can these be deleted?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is under temp, so you can delete it. It is just a log created to review. Check this

Also note no to delete MTA folder, if present.

amitkulshrestha... MTA is hidden, but I understand. Just to make sure, I will move anything (.errlog) older than a month to a _temp dir and see what happens. Let you know. They actually are taking up substantial space. Anyone else have any input?

If you check MS article in first post there is a link to reduce the log size.

You can do this change and reduce the size.
