I think it is 2010, by link I mean web link to a list of documents

there would be a couple of possibilities - depending on your SharePoint configuration and other requirements.

The easiest one would be to open the document library in Windows Explorer - then you can simply select and copy all files. To do this either open your library in Internet Explorer and use the ribbon button -> Library -> Open in Windows Explorer OR use Windows Explorer and
add a network location (or map a network folder):
