outlook 2013

Hi,

we have recently installed a new PC for a customer and he is the only one experiencing these issues.
The server is SBS 2011 with exchange fully patched.

1. when deleted an email, it shows it twice until you refresh the screen
2. its generally quite slow (on his new core i5, 8gb RAM windows 7 PC)
3. gaps are appearing in images

Any insight to this would be great.
Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the issue with Outlook cache mode ?
Is the issue reproducible if you use OWA\Webmail ?
What all 3rd party software's do we have on the Server ?
What if you run Outlook in safe mode ?
